Maintenance
Requests

All maintenance requests must be in writing, sent to our PO Box or emailed to our company email (or as otherwise specified in your lease).

Please include your name, full address and as much detail as possible about the current issue you are having.

It is also highly recommended that you provide us with and updated phone number and/or email address to ensure we can contact you.

NOTICE: Incomplete or improperly sent maintenance requests will be ignored.

If you have any questions about submitting a maintenance request or to inquire the status of a previously sent maintenance request please send us an email.

Information

• Please remember that not all maintenance requests are emergencies and may take some time to complete (such as A/C Units).
• Feel free to send us photos with your maintenance request to help explain or describe the issue.
• When specifying a location please try to be as descriptive as possible, using cardinal directions when possible (e.g. north side).
• To help diagnose the issue, please clarify what actions you have taken to try to fix the issue (if any).
